Microsurgical Innovations, Inc. is a medical device startup dedicated to improving reconstructive surgery outcomes through biodegradable, drug-eluting technologies. Our flagship product, the FK506-eluting nerve guidance conduit, is designed to enhance regeneration in critical-sized peripheral nerve injuries by combining mechanical support with localized immunosuppressive therapy, eliminating the need for painful autografts.
